At Kiğılı, we are committed to your satisfaction with our premium menswear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Log in to your Kiğılı account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

Pack the Items

Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice or return form is included inside the box to prevent processing delays.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
